Your portal

Your KvarnPay portal is where your own people sign in. Kvarn invites your first owner by email; owners invite everyone after that, as an owner (may change things) or a member (sees everything, changes nothing). Signing in needs a second factor, and any change asks you to sign in again if your last sign-in is more than a few minutes old.

What you see there:

  • Balances — the crypto credited to you, per asset, and per customer reference who brought it in.
  • Payments and customers — every payment your customers made, with the crypto it bought at the booked rate, both fees, and the events posted to your server for it; your customers by the sub you gave them, with what they paid and bought in total. You never see who they are: the identity check is ours. Each payment also says whether the crypto it bought is still held for you, on its way in a payout, or paid out, with a filter for it (see Settled payments). A CSV export of a period is there for your bookkeeping.
  • Your fee — whether Kvarn has enabled your own per-payment fee for your account, and what it has accrued, per currency, not yet paid out.
  • Business verification — your company's verification with our verification provider, completed by an owner on the portal's own page. The top bar and Settings lead there while something is yours to do; while it is under review they say so, and the status (under review, verified, needs attention, declined) shows on Settings beside your legal profile, recorded from the verification once approved or completed by Kvarn. Until your business is verified, your customers cannot pay and nothing is paid out to you; everything else — your webhook, secrets, assets, API keys and team — can be set up meanwhile.
  • Settings — your webhook URL and signing secret, your token signing secret (rotating it has no overlap: stop opening the widget, rotate, install the new secret on every server that signs tokens, resume; checkouts already open finish), and a switch per asset for what your customers can buy.
  • API keys — the keys your own servers read your data with. An owner creates one and sees it once; anyone can see the list; an owner revokes.
  • Payouts — your crypto, sent out to your payout addresses under Kvarn's policy, on a schedule you choose or when an owner presses Pay out now: see Getting paid out.
  • Payout addresses — where we send your crypto when we pay out. An owner declares one per asset, and Kvarn reviews it before it is used: see Payout addresses.
